Our handmade, small batch sausages are a point of great pride for us. Freshly made each week, our pork, wild venison, beef and lamb sausages allow our native breed, free range meat to take centre stage.
We take traditional recipes and develop them in-house, always carefully considering the ratios of fat, salt, spices and sometimes rice flour, to produce an exceptional range of sausages, free-from gluten, where the quality of the meat shines through. We season our sausage meat with freshly ground whole spices which breathes vibrancy into our recipes, you’ll love how they taste.
