Working with traditional breeds with exceptional depth of flavour is our starting point and allows us to produce a truly artisan range of sausages.
For us, a great sausage is all about the detail; 100% natural skins, deeply flavoured, native breed, free range meat, the correct ratio of fat, and last but not least the quality of the spices.
We only use high-quality whole spices and grind them freshly each week to create our seasoning mixes – this brings the recipes to life and gives real vibrancy of flavour. Our range of handcrafted sausages, freshly made each week in small batches, includes pork, wild venison, beef and lamb sausages; making our sausages the perfect addition to a full English breakfast or simply add buttery mash and onion gravy. All our recipes have been developed in-house and have undergone a decade of scrutiny by our diverse chef community. Our range of sausages is naturally free from gluten.

Orders received before 9am are freshly prepared and shipped DPD for next day delivery. We serve the whole of the UK excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland.
Our meat has been celebrated in Britain's best restaurant kitchens for over ten years. There are many who claim to work with native breed farmers, but few who can prove it.
