Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes, you'll be prompted to select your delivery date when checking out. Typically this can be up to 100 days from today, excluding Sundays, Mondays & public holidays etc.

What is the cut-off time for a next day delivery?
9am Monday to Friday

Can I track my order?
Yes, DPD let you track your order throughout its journey. Please follow the instructions on the SMS and/or email you'll receive once your order ships.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has shipped?
No, due to the nature of perishable goods this is not possible.

Can I request where my order is left?
Your DPD app, which you can download on the AppStore or get it on Google Play, lets you arrange the best possible delivery experience.

Do you use recyclable packaging?
Yes, a double-walled cardboard box with Sealed Air® Brand TempGuard™ - recyclable packaging developed for shipping 🥩 temperature-sensitive goods. The product’s thermal insulation is constructed from heavy-duty kraft paper containing a uniform inner padding, which provides superior insulating properties.

Where do you ship next day?
We ship to the mainland UK and postcodes where DPD delivers next day.

**Covid-19 delivery restrictions
DPD are instructed to leave the parcel at your door or in the immediate vicinity as per your delivery instructions. Please provide your mobile number and/or email address at the checkout and you will be notified of a one-hour delivery window by SMS or email. Please be aware that packages cannot be collected from a DPD collection point or shop as temperature-sensitive, perishable goods need to be delivered to customers as quickly as possible.

Please note: Your 🥩 will arrive nice and fresh and we recommend storing in your fridge or freezer as soon as possible. All orders are subject to stock availability and customers should note that in adverse weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed. In the rare event there is any issue with your delivery, we will do everything we can to make it right - we value and seek long-term relationships with our customers.

Do you accept returns?
No, due to the nature of perishable goods this is not possible. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you experience an issue with your order, please email referencing your order number as soon as possible.

Items damaged in transit?
If you take delivery of a package from us and the (part) contents have been damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged item(s) free of charge or offer a refund.

Incorrect items?
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please email referencing your order number and we will either send you the correct item, free of charge, as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item. We will not charge you for the incorrect item.

Do you offer a collection service?
No, we do not.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes of course, please email referencing your order number no less than 4 working days before your chosen delivery date.
