Our Ukrainian-style Kovbasa is made with a blend of pork shoulder, belly, beef brisket, and chuck, seasoned with rich paprika, freshly ground allspice, marjoram, and fresh garlic. Smoked in-house over beech wood, it delivers deep, authentic flavour with a traditional smoky aroma - perfect for grilling, slicing, or adding to hearty dishes.
