Smoked pork and beef sausages are a cherished staple across Eastern Europe, known as Kielbasa in Poland, Kolbász in Hungary, Klobasa in Slovenia, and Kovbasa in Ukraine. Each region and family recipe brings its own twist, with variations in garlic, paprika, allspice, and traditional smoking methods.
Our Ukrainian-style Kovbasa is made with a blend of pork shoulder, belly, beef brisket, and chuck, seasoned with rich paprika, freshly ground allspice, marjoram, and fresh garlic. Smoked in-house over beech wood, it delivers deep, authentic flavour with a traditional smoky aroma - perfect for grilling, slicing, or adding to hearty dishes.
