Swaledale is proud to say that all of our beef is from grass-fed heritage breed cattle, reared on small farms and smallholdings across the Yorkshire Dales. Always dry-aged on the bone >28 days in our Himalayan salt chamber, our beef has a depth of flavour and divine texture unlike any beef you’ll find in the supermarket aisles.
Look beyond the prime cuts, and common items like mince and burgers, and a wealth of new menu options will reveal themselves. Choose from slow-cooking homely classics like Short Ribs and Cheeks which will warm you from the inside.
