Lamb Steaks & Chops
We work with a handful of farmers and smallholders who rear their lambs in time-honoured, traditional ways - free to roam the limestone grasslands of The Dales.
This unique landscape, in combination with the lush grasses, wildflowers, herbs and heathers imparts a real depth of flavour. Breeds like the iconic Swaledale thrive in these conditions and produce a richly coloured meat with a characteristically sweet flavour.
Our lamb steaks and chops are perfect for fast cooking over intense heat. Simply seasoned or marinated overnight with yoghurt and spices, they are quick to prepare and ideal for cooking over charcoal or wood outdoors, the flavour of the lamb partnering perfectly with the smokiness of the grill.
Orders received before 9am are freshly prepared and shipped DPD for next day delivery. We serve the whole of the UK excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and some parts of Scotland.
Our meat has been celebrated in Britain's best restaurant kitchens for over ten years. There are many who claim to work with native breed farmers, but few who can prove it.

We have partnerships with selected farms and work with carefully selected local abattoirs so we have confidence in the welfare of the animals and full traceability of all our products.
