Swaledale Online Butchers work with a network of around 30 small, family-run farms and smallholdings dotted around the wildly beautiful Yorkshire Dales who exclusively rear the hardy, native livestock breeds of Britain.

To maximise flavour for fabulous tasting fresh meat, all beef, pork, and lamb is dry-aged on the bone for up to 28 days in our Himalayan salt ageing chamber. Award-winning sausages and bacon are also made using the same native breeds.

All our cuts of meat are always fresh never frozen, butchered-to-order, vacuum-packed, and shipped in recyclable packaging to arrive safely insulated and ready to enjoy.
