We’re dedicated to whole carcass butchery, and our ethos revolves around nose-to-tail eating. However this should not diminish our appreciation for The Finest Prime Steak in this collection. All expertly cut by our team of skilled butchers, from either the rib, loin or rump of the beast, these exceptional steaks are the star attraction of the carcass, and worthy of the spotlight.
To maximise the naturally occurring flavours, all Swaledale Butchers® beef is dry-aged on the bone for at least 28 days. Our Himalayan salt chamber creates the perfect environment to tenderise the meat for heightened succulence and depth of flavour. Our native breed, grass-fed cattle deliver stunningly beautiful meat, but once dry-aged it’s elevated further still, to achieve a taste and texture that’s hard to match.

Orders received before 9am are freshly prepared and shipped DPD for next day delivery. We serve the whole of the UK excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and some parts of Scotland.
