Attractive long and slim chipolatas with a tight texture and a good porky flavour.
A well sized, attractive chipolata that had lovely coarse meat and a substantial mouthfeel. It was well seasoned with good flavours. Packed full of everything you'd want in a good English sausage.
Neat looking sausages with a warm spicy pork aroma to them. The flavour is well balanced and seasoned. The well-judged spices and seasoning add character, whilst the caramelisation of the thin and tender cases provides a gentle sweetness."
