Our Yorkshire Breakfast Chipolatas pair outdoor-reared, heritage breed pork with the time-honoured flavours of freshly ground nutmeg, mace and black pepper. A deceptively simple yet deeply satisfying combination, made using whole muscle cuts of shoulder and belly, prized for their balance of meat and fat. This ensures these chipolatas are wonderfully juicy with a full, rounded flavour.

Sophisticated enough for adults to enjoy and adored by children, particularly in this thin style, these sausages are a real crowd-pleaser. A well sized, attractive chipolata that had lovely coarse meat and a substantial mouthfeel. It was well seasoned with good flavours. Packed full of everything you'd want in a good English sausage.

Neat looking sausages with a warm spicy pork aroma to them. The flavour is well balanced and seasoned. The well-judged spices and seasoning add character, whilst the caramelisation of the thin and tender cases provides a gentle sweetness."
