Our Yorkshire Breakfast Chipolatas pair outdoor-reared, heritage breed pork with the time-honoured flavours of freshly ground nutmeg, mace and black pepper. A deceptively simple yet deeply satisfying combination, made using whole muscle cuts of shoulder and belly, prized for their balance of meat and fat. This ensures these chipolatas are wonderfully juicy with a full, rounded flavour.

A well sized, attractive chipolata that had lovely coarse meat and a substantial mouthfeel. It was well seasoned with good flavours. Packed full of everything you'd want in a good English sausage.
