A popular cut amongst the older generations, heritage breed ox tongue is a favourite amongst our restaurant community, with a melt in the mouth texture after slow cooking and a flavour more akin to a steak than offal. Poached, peeled and cooled, ox tongue is one of our favourite cold cuts - so much the better with the complex flavour of grass-fed cattle reared on lush Yorkshire pasture.

Orders received before 9am are freshly prepared and shipped DPD for next day delivery. We serve the whole of the UK excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland.
