Collection: Sausages

Working with traditional breeds with exceptional depth of flavour is our starting point and allows us to produce a truly artisan range of sausages. For us, a great sausage is all about the detail – 100% natural skins, deeply flavoured, native breed, free range meat, the correct ratio of fat, and last but not least the quality of the spices. We only use high-quality whole spices and grind them freshly each week to create our seasoning mixes – this brings the recipes to life and gives real vibrancy of flavour.

Our range of handcrafted sausages, freshly made each week in small batches, includes pork, wild venison, beef and lamb sausages; making our sausages the perfect addition to a full English breakfast or simply add buttery mash and onion gravy.

All our recipes have been developed in-house and have undergone a decade of scrutiny by our diverse chef community.
