Using traditional recipes developed in-house, we meticulously balance fat, salt, and spices – occasionally incorporating rice flour, which is essential in some instances for texture and fat retention – to produce an exceptional range of gluten-free sausages. Seasoned with freshly ground whole spices and fresh ingredients, where necessary, each sausage delivers a vibrant, bold flavour that showcases the quality of the meat.
