Using traditional recipes developed in-house, we meticulously balance fat, salt, and spices - occasionally incorporating rice flour, which is essential in some instances for texture and fat retention - to produce an exceptional range of gluten-free sausages. Seasoned with freshly ground whole spices, each sausage delivers a vibrant, bold flavour that showcases the quality of the meat.
