Yorkshire Breakfast Sausage Meat pairs our delicious heritage-bred and dry-aged pork with the classic pork flavours nutmeg, mace and black pepper; a deceptively simple but satisfying combination.
Ideal for homemade sausage rolls, scotch eggs or stuffing a free range chicken. Excellent for the festive bird too.
Made using the same quality pork we use for our whole muscle cuts – free range Middle White and Tamworth, traditional heritage breeds with exceptional depth of flavour. Shoulder and belly are our preferred cuts providing just the right fat content for supreme succulence.
