Our pork is championed by many top chefs and with good reason - it is packed with flavour. We favour two heritage breeds, the Middle White and Tamworth, breeds popular in Britain before the introduction of commercial pigs and more intensive farming systems. We allow the pigs to grow slowly on a natural diet on a completely free range system.
Celebrating both fresh cuts and cured, the latter using artisanal dry-curing methods, all cuts being prepared on site by our expert team of butchers. We dry-age the carcass for 10 days, the neck and loin sections a further week in our Himalayan salt room. The results are exceptional.

Orders received before 9am are freshly prepared and shipped DPD for next day delivery. We serve the whole of the UK excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and some parts of Scotland.
Our meat has been celebrated in Britain's best restaurant kitchens for over ten years. There are many who claim to work with native breed farmers, but few who can prove it.
