- 1 x 250g pack Dry-Cured Smoked Streaky Bacon
There's some classic, well known staples, such as our Yorkshire Breakfast Sausages and proper, Dry-Cured Smoked Streaky Bacon, but also less obvious cuts such as the Smoked Pig's Cheek, delicious when slow cooked to melting tenderness. Salt beef is an ideal option to serve hot with seasonal vegetables, a little poaching liquor and plenty of English mustard, with leftovers for classic salt beef sandwiches. The Pork Shoulder Chop is considered by our chef community to be every bit as good as a prime beef steak and would be the ideal centrepiece to any weekend meal.
Without fail, all produce is dry-aged, cured, smoked and prepared on site by our expert team of butchers. Featuring heritage breeds, reared by our small network of farmers across the Yorkshire Dales. All produce is prepared fresh and suitable for home freezing.

Orders received before 9am are freshly prepared and shipped DPD for next day delivery. We serve the whole of the UK excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and some parts of Scotland.
