The starting point for our comprehensive selection of beef steaks and chops are the hardy, native livestock breeds of Britain aka heritage breeds - slowly-grown and thriving to perfection on the pastures of small, family-run farms and smallholdings dotted around the wildly beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
Featuring both prime cuts (Côte de Boeuf, Ribeye, Fillet, Tomahawk) and the more unusual, so-called secondary or heritage or butcher’s cuts (Spider, Denver, Ribeye of the Skirts) to fully celebrate the grass-fed heritage breeds of The British Isles that we are so passionate about. To maximise flavour for fabulously tasting meat, all of our beef is dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days in our Himalayan salt ageing chamber - our expert craft butchers then cut to order.
Please note we only sell 100% grass-fed, heritage breed, British beef. All our meat is fresh, never frozen, butchered-to-order, vacuum-packed and shipped in recycled packaging to arrive safely insulated and ready to enjoy.

Orders received before 9am are freshly prepared and shipped DPD for next day delivery. We serve the whole of the UK excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland.
Our meat has been celebrated in Britain's best restaurant kitchens for over ten years. There are many who claim to work with native breed farmers, but few who can prove it.
