Italian inspired, this recipe allows the classic pairing of pork and fennel seed to shine. With a hit of garlic, this deceptively simple combination is perfect for a proper Italian ragu with pappardelle and parmesan, but also great crumbled onto a pizza. One of our best sellers. We make our sausages with the same quality pork we use for our whole muscle cuts – free range Middle White and Tamworth, traditional heritage breeds with exceptional depth of flavour. Shoulder and belly are our preferred cuts providing just the right fat content for a really succulent sausage, made with 100% natural casings. Also available as seasoned meat.
