Italian inspired, this recipe allows the classic pairing of pork and fennel seed to shine, With a hit of garlic, this deceptively simple combination is perfect for a proper Italian ragu with pappardelle and parmesan, but also great crumbled onto a pizza. One of our bestsellers.

Made using the same quality pork we use for our whole muscle cuts – free range Middle White and Tamworth, traditional heritage breeds with exceptional depth of flavour. Packed as seasoned meat, also available as thick sausages.


Pork shoulder and belly (92%), red wine, coarse sea salt, fennel seed, fresh garlic, red wine vinegar, ground black pepper, preservative (sulphur dioxide), ground caraway seed. This product is naturally free from gluten.
