Our Yorkshire Breakfast Sausage Patties are deceptively simple, built around a classic flavour profile: heritage breed pork seasoned with nutmeg, mace and black pepper. Made using the same seasoned pork mixture as our Yorkshire Breakfast Sausages, Yorkshire Breakfast Chipolatas and Classic Sausage Meat, they bring that same familiar flavour to a generous 120g patty, made for breakfast muffins, baps, sandwiches and wraps.
This is a proper weekend breakfast product. Rich, savoury and deeply satisfying, they come into their own on slower mornings, laid-back brunches, or even cooked outside for a late breakfast on the barbecue.
Our favourite way to eat them is in a well-buttered English muffin with a fried egg and your sauce of choice. Brown or red is up to you. Add a slice of black pudding, a hash brown, or both if you want to push things further. A serious breakfast, made properly.
