It’s written long before the restaurant chef gets to work at the grill, it starts way back on the hills of the Yorkshire Dales where our native breed cattle roam free, foraging and thriving to perfection on a diet of varied grassess and wild flowers.

Raised on independent farms, our cattle are slow-grown and given the freedom to mature at their own pace without manipulation. As nature intended, our meat is marbled with a spider's web of fine and delicious fat, creating steaks that are flavoursome, succulent and tender.

Add in our commitment to dry-ageing >28 days in our Himalayan Salt Chamber and you’ll discover a steak that raises the bar to new heights.  Whether it's a cote de boeuf or a bavette, our beef celebrates its provenance and will change the way you think about steak forever.
