Swaledale is proud to say that all of our beef is from grass-fed heritage breed cattle, reared on small farms and smallholdings across the Yorkshire Dales. Always dry-aged on the bone >28 days in our Himalayan salt chamber, our beef has a depth of flavour and divine texture unlike any beef you’ll find in the supermarket aisles.

Look beyond the prime cuts, and common items like mince and burgers, and a wealth of new menu options will reveal themselves. Choose from slow-cooking homely classics like Short Ribs and Cheeks which will warm you from the inside. Steak Strips are the perfect upgrade to a takeaway, simply marinate in your favourite style, stir-fry, and voila.

There’s also nutritious and flavoursome offal available, like Beef Heart and Liver, nose-to-tail eating doesn’t get better than this. Branch out from the obvious, give our other cuts a whirl and add some excitement to your culinary repertoire.
