Our lamb shoulder roast is entirely boneless and rolled by our expert butchery team for ease of carving - ideal for a pot roast or long, slow-roasting, the fat slowly caramelising as the meat becomes fall-apart tender.
Our exceptional lamb is from heritage breeds like Swaledale and Dalesbred - breeds well suited to the Yorkshire Dales terrain. It is this terrain which impacts the flavour of the meat, the lambs grazing on the unique range of wildflowers, herbs and grasses.

Orders received before 9am are freshly prepared and shipped DPD for next day delivery. We serve the whole of the UK excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland.
