We take our outstanding Corned Beef Ox Tongue to the next level with a light smoke.

After artisanal dry-curing for superior eating quality, our heritage breed ox tongues spend 6 hours slowly smoking over beech hardwood, resulting in a bestseller to our restaurant community.

Our mission has always been to celebrate the full carcass - this very much includes the fifth quarter and our Corned Beef Ox Tongue is perhaps the very best example of this!
