
Taken from the pork belly, these meaty ribs are a family favourite and a classic BBQ ingredient. Cut extra thick for a satisfyingly meaty rib, they deliver real depth of flavour when slowly simmered before being rubbed or glazed and finished in a hot oven or on the BBQ.We use Middle White and Tamworth pigs reared outside at their own pace, dry-aged in house as we believe this results in the very best pork possible, world-class in our opinion.
