Product description

Square cut and perfect for slow-smoking or pot-roasting, this joint is boneless and rindless.

With generous layers of fat interspersed between layers of lean for melt-in-the-mouth eating qualities, our pork belly has pronounced flavour from our proper dry-ageing method.

We use Middle White and Tamworth pigs reared outside at their own pace, dry-aged in-house as we believe this results in the very best pork possible, world-class in our opinion.
