Product description

Succulent strips of grass-fed beef*, ready prepared for your convenience. Perfect for stir frying, stroganoffs and ramen. Versatile and packed with beefy flavour.

Chef Valentine Warner inspires:
"Steak strips are tender, giving and are ideal for a rustling up a quickie. Black bean sauce, oyster sauce, Szechuan pepper sauce with green beans and cashews are all delicious and punchy dishes that would utilise streak strips well.

Cut the strips down further, bathe them in egg and Chinese cooking wine and then dredge in potato flour or corn starch and fry them until crisp. Mix with a hot chilli sauce and enjoy.

Fried hard with onions, bacon and chipotle they would fit a good bun with melted cheese.

Marinated and flash cooked in a curry they would be meltingly tender.

Season with cumin, turmeric, fresh garlic and salt and grill on skewers and then eat with a peanut satay sauce.

Success has been found with baking a small baguette sliced lengthways with homemade garlic butter (a little lemon juice essential). When done, simply stuff in the fried steak strips.

Go nuts and bread your steak strips, deep fry until pink within and golden brown outside and then dunk in béarnaise sauce. JOY are steak strips!"
