
Square cut and perfect for slow smoking or pot roasting, this joint is both boneless and rindless. With generous layers of fat interspersed between layers of lean for melt in the mouth eating qualities, our pork belly has pronounced flavour from our proper dry ageing method. We use Middle White and Tamworth pigs reared outside at their own pace, dry-aged in house as we believe this results in the very best pork possible, world-class in our opinion.
