Sausagemeat simply seasoned with freshly ground spices to stuff the bird, heritage breed dry-cured bacon to drape across the joint to naturally baste during roasting and ensure supreme succulence, plus heritage-breed chipolatas encased in dry-cured heritage breed streaky bacon. An artisan dry-cured York-style ham rump completes the line-up.
