Freshly prepared from traditional breeds reared on the Yorkshire fells in the time-honoured, traditional way, our bavette steak is packed with flavour. Sometimes referred to as Skirt Steak, the Bavette is taken from the base of the flank. Opened textured and deeply flavoured, this cut is ideal for searing quickly and resting well - best served pink in our opinon.
