Product description

Produced using artisan techniques for complex, depth of flavours to develop. Our versatile gammons and York-style Ham Joints are dry-cured for four weeks then hung for a further four.

Perfect to feed a crowd over the festive period; a wonderful celebration piece served hot, leftovers with a winter slaw salad or sliced cold for sandwiches.

We produce our cured products using the same quality pork we use for our whole muscle cuts – free range Middle White and Tamworth, traditional heritage breeds with exceptional depth of flavour.

Pork, coarse sea salt, unrefined brown sugar, preservatives (sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite).
