Produced using artisan techniques for complex, depth of flavours to develop. Our versatile gammons are dry-cured for four weeks, hung for a further four and finally smoked over beech hardwood.
Perfect to feed a crowd over the festive period; a wonderful celebration piece served hot, leftovers with a winter slaw salad or sliced cold for sandwiches.
We produce our cured products using the same quality pork we use for our whole muscle cuts – free range Middle White and Tamworth, traditional heritage breeds with exceptional depth of flavour.

Orders received before 9am are freshly prepared and shipped DPD for next day delivery. We serve the whole of the UK excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland.
