The classic double lamb loin chop, comprising the sirloin and the fillet, capped with a layer of sweet, grass fed lamb fat, mouthwateringy delicious in our opinion. We cut our Barnsleys nice and think, as a thin Barnsley is tantamount to criminal around these parts!
