Swaledale Butchers Ltd is a Yorkshire-based specialist butchery team with a whole-carcass, nose-to-tail philosophy producing nutrient-dense meat with exceptional flavour.

We partner with a network of around thirty or so family-run farms and smallholdings dotted around the wildly beautiful Yorkshire Dales who exclusively rear the hardy, native livestock breeds of Britain.

Please do not confuse our business with a similarly named butcher's shop in Sittingbourne. We are in no way connected to or affiliated with that business.

Swaledale Butchers Ltd exclusively sell heritage breed, outdoor reared, slow grown meat including beef, pork, lamb, mutton, chicken, venison and other selected game when in season.  

All our meat is fresh, never frozen, butchered-to-order, vacuum-packed in recyclable packaging and shipped with DPD to arrive safely insulated and ready to enjoy.
